Services offered to the general public and licensed Insurance agencies:

Once fire season is over in November, we can serve you by offering our expert 1 on 1 defensible spacing property assessment. This includes but is not limited to: fuels loading assessment and management (live and dead fuels), hazard tree identification and mitigation, invasive vs native plant species assessment and management, aerial drone canopy surveys, neighborhood threat assessment based on satellite imagery, and more.. so much more. You choose your level of detail and management- we will do the rest.

Pricing is based on how much data you want, complexity of plans, and level of maintenance (We can do all of the work- annually or bi-annually with a membership). When we complete our survey, you are left with land management prescriptions based on science, data, education, and expertise that only comes with years of experience. You'll get a professional product that is the best option (or set of options) for you. Management plans can be passed down through future generations, and across ownership deed transfers- increasing potential property values and reducing insurance rates by showing continued historical fire threat reduction mitigation. You can choose to use the data we provide and manage fire threat yourself - or - have licensed and experienced professionals do that labor for you!

Our fire management plans take your ideas, dreams, and goals into account; not just what is the safest option (which realistically would be to cut everything and replace with rock). We DON'T do that because most people don't want that. Instead we use special attention and consideration to design a landscape that suits your needs and aesthetic desire. We'll relocate your favorite trees, replace vegetation that is more fire safe and tailored to your lifestyle, and we even consider your potential allergies to selectively avoid and reduce plants that can trigger them. We utilize your dream landscape vision in our planning, and can even incorporate "a better view" for some landowners that would otherwise have them - if not for that obtrusive"hazardous" vegetation and trees in the way.

"In a globalized world, one application can spread like wildfire and there's only one winning company, which means you have to invest more than you've ever had."

-Douglas Leone

"It is known that wildfires behave unpredictably - this is fundamental - but it is my experience that humans in the presence of wildfire are also likely to behave in aberrant and unpredictable ways."

-Michael Leunig

"Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine."

-Chris Hadfield

"Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other."

-John F. Kennedy

"Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren't used to an environment where excellence is expected."

-Steve Jobs

"A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus."

-Martin Luther King, Jr.
